John Rose has served in Congress since 2019 after succeeding Diane Black. He was born in Cookeville, Tennessee in 1965 and continues to reside there. Rose graduated from Tennessee Technological University with a BS in 1988 and earned his JD from Vanderbilt University in 1993.
