Rose has served as a congressman since replacing Diane Black in 2019. He was born in Cookeville, Tennessee in 1965 and currently resides there. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science from Tennessee Technological University (1988) and a Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University (1993).
