Congressman John Rose, who represents Tennessee’s 6th district in the U.S. Congress, recently posted a series of statements on social media regarding political developments in Tennessee and the broader national climate.
On December 3, 2025, Rose declared via his official account: “JUST IN: Tennessee is Trump Country.”
Later that same day, he commented on election outcomes and public sentiment: “The so-called ‘experts’ and pollsters were wrong again.
Tennesseans sent a message tonight: Americans want lower costs, safe streets and neighborhoods & secure borders, NOT socialism. That is why Republicans won today and will do so again next November. Onward.” This statement was posted on December 3, 2025.
In another post from December 3, 2025, Rose wrote: “You can dress up a radical in rhinestones, but Tennesseans saw through it and sent those Mamdani fantasies right back to NYC where they belong – NOT Nashville.”
John Rose has served as the U.S. Representative for Tennessee’s 6th District since 2019 after succeeding Diane Black. Born in Cookeville, Tennessee in 1965, Rose continues to reside there at age 58. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Tennessee Technological University (1988) and a Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University (1993).
