In another post dated January 12, 2026, Rose addressed concerns about oversight at the Federal Reserve and an ongoing Department of Justice inquiry. He wrote: “An independent Federal Reserve shouldn’t mean independent from accountability.
This DOJ inquiry isn’t about petty disagreements or interest rates. It’s about whether Fed Chair Powell lied to Congress about how $2.5 billion taxpayer dollars were being spent on renovating the”.
Later that same day, Rose commented on potential shifts in congressional power following upcoming elections and their implications for legislative priorities. He stated: “Hear me out: If Democrats take the House in November, impeachments start the day after Election Day.
