Congressman John Rose, who represents Tennessee’s 6th district in the U.S. Congress, shared several updates and statements on his social media accounts over the Labor Day weekend.
On August 31, 2025, Rose highlighted a recent event in his district involving a visit from the Secretary of Defense. He wrote, “It was great to have @SecDef in the Sixth Congressional District this week to present the @HvillePD with the @ESGR Freedom Award. The award acknowledges their support of the guardsmen for their steadfast support of officers who also serve the Tennessee National Guard and https://t.co/X3w3buetJW”.
The following day, September 1, 2025, Rose addressed issues related to gun rights and public safety. He stated, “Criminals don’t follow laws. Punishing law-abiding citizens by taking away their ability to protect themselves is not the answer, and every day I will fight to defend their rights.”
Later that same day, marking Labor Day, Rose posted a message regarding American workers and current policy efforts. He said, “No administration has done more for the American worker. Happy Labor Day, America. https://t.co/pIwmvjpAX7”
