Congressman John Rose, representing Tennessee’s 6th district since 2019, recently took to social media to express his views on the “One, Big, Beautiful Bill,” highlighting its significance for his constituents. Rose, a native of Cookeville, Tennessee, and a graduate of both Tennessee Technological University and Vanderbilt University, emphasized the benefits he believes this legislation will bring.

On July 3, 2025, Congressman John Rose tweeted about the financial implications of the proposed bill. He stated that it includes “The largest spending cuts in 30 years plus historic tax relief. The One, Big, Beautiful Bill is exactly what Tennessee voted for.

In another tweet posted shortly after on the same day, Rose discussed a conversation with Bart Bagsby regarding agricultural concerns. He wrote: “I recently spoke with Bart Bagsby, who laid out exactly what’s at stake for family farms without the One, Big, Beautiful Bill.” This highlights his focus on rural and farming communities in his district.

Later that day, Rose reiterated his support for the bill by emphasizing its impact on families in Tennessee. He stated: “Tennessee families work hard for their money. The One, Big, Beautiful Bill ensures they keep more of it with permanent tax relief and spending cuts.
