Congressman John Rose, who has been serving in the U.S. Congress representing Tennessee’s 6th district since 2019, recently shared a series of tweets regarding economic growth, agricultural regulation, and healthcare improvements. Born in Cookeville, Tennessee in 1965, Rose holds degrees from Tennessee Technological University and Vanderbilt University.
On July 11, 2025, Congressman Rose expressed optimism about the impact of #OB3 on job creators. He stated that “The certainty #OB3 gives job creators will result in explosive economic growth.”
Later the same day, Rose addressed challenges faced by farmers in his state. He noted that “Tennessee farmers feed America but face crushing regulations.” He emphasized that The One, Big, Beautiful Law aims to alleviate these burdens by cutting red tape and enhancing crop insurance and disaster relief programs.
In another tweet on July 11, 2025, Congressman Rose highlighted healthcare provisions for seniors under The One, Big, Beautiful Law. He assured constituents that “The One, Big, Beautiful Law ensures Tennessee seniors get the healthcare they deserve without rationing or bureaucratic delays.” He concluded with a reaffirmation of his commitments: “Promises made, promises kept.”
John Rose replaced Diane Black in Congress in 2019 and continues to reside in Cookeville at age 58.
