Born in Cookeville, Tennessee in 1965, Rose holds degrees from Tennessee Technological University and Vanderbilt University.
On July 11, 2025, Congressman Rose expressed optimism about the impact of #OB3 on job creators. He stated that “The certainty #OB3 gives job creators will result in explosive economic growth.”
Later the same day, Rose addressed challenges faced by farmers in his state. He noted that “Tennessee farmers feed America but face crushing regulations.” He emphasized that The One, Big, Beautiful Law aims to alleviate these burdens by cutting red tape and enhancing crop insurance and disaster relief programs.
In another tweet on July 11, 2025, Congressman Rose highlighted healthcare provisions for seniors under The One, Big, Beautiful Law.
