Congressman John Rose was born in Cookeville, Tennessee in 1965 and continues to reside there today. A graduate of Tennessee Technological University with a BS degree earned in 1988 and a JD from Vanderbilt University obtained in 1993, he succeeded Diane Black as the representative for Tennessee’s 6th district.
