Lebanon High School standout Alaina Smith’s college team won in NCAA Division II softball game on Saturday, March 29

On Saturday, March 29, former Lebanon High School standout Alaina Smith’s current college team, the Carson-Newman Eagles, won 8-3 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the UVA Wise Cavaliers.

The game took place at Bill Gatton Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Cavaliers this season.

The Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 18 at 1 p.m. at McCrorie Family Stadium against Lenoir-Rhyne Bears.
