On Saturday, March 15, former Gallatin High School standout Landon Ward’s current college team, the Lee Flames, won 1-0 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Mississippi Choctaws.

The game took place at Larry Carpenter Stadium at Olympic Field. This was their third matchup against the Choctaws this season.

The Flames’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 18 at 4 p.m. at Larry Carpenter Stadium at Olympic Field against Young Harris Mountain Lions.
