On Thursday, March 6, former Pope John Paul Ii High School standout Samuel Jackson’s current college team, the North Park Vikings, lost 18-1 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Buena Vista Beavers.

The game took place at Chain of Lakes Field. This was their first matchup against the Beavers this season.

The Vikings’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 3:45 p.m. at Lake Myrtle Sports Complex against Marian Sabres.
