On Friday, April 18, former Pope John Paul Ii High School standout Samuel Jackson’s current college team, the North Park Vikings, won 14-13 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Elmhurst Bluejays.
The game took place at Butterfield Park. This was their first matchup against the Bluejays this season.
The Vikings’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 19 at 1 p.m. at Holmgren Athletic Complex against Elmhurst Bluejays.
