Sheriff Russell and Trousdale County Sheriff’s Department are excited to announce the Criminal Justice and Tennessee Corrections Institute Basic Trainings that are now offered at TCAT in Hartsville! After a two year process, TCAT is one of only three locations in the state that provides these trainings. We are eager to welcome all counties statewide in participating in this program.
