On Thursday 10/06/22 about 5:32PM, Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a call for back up from the Tennessee Highway Patrol. A Trooper was in foot pursuit of a male in the area of Rocky Creek Loop and Misty Lane. The suspect, unlawfully, entered a home. Deputies and the Trooper located the suspect, hiding in the garage under a vehicle. He was taken into custody. He was charged with Criminal Impersonation and Evading Arrest. A hearing is scheduled in General Sessions Court 12/09/22. He had an outstanding warrant in Wilson County for Violation of Probation – Drug Court.
