Collegedale Police Department The Daily Highlight Report Thursday, October 27, 2022

Officers responded to a West District business alarm. The business was secure and everything checked out ok. 

A Collegedale fugitive was transported from the Bradley County jail to the Hamilton County jail and booked on a bond revocation warrant from an original theft charge. 

Police responded to a domestic disorder in the East District after one roommate had allegedly struck and bit another roommate. Charges are pending. 

Police responded to a South District home after receiving reports of a juvenile sexual assault that had allegedly occurred a year prior. 

A traffic stop in the 5800 block of Main Street resulted in an occupant being charged with being in possession of drug paraphernalia. 

A Collegedale fugitive was booked on a warrant for theft. 

A Traffic stop in the Walmart parking lot resulted in an occupant being charged with being in unlawful possession of fentanyl and drug paraphernalia. They were also found to have three outstanding Bradley County warrants and transported to the jail. 

An East District resident was concerned about a bag of candy left in their mailbox by an unknown person. The resident requested that an officer take custody of  the package and dispose of it. 

A Collegedale fugitive turned themself in to be booked on a failure to appear warrant after missing a court date for a speeding citation. 

Officers responded to a West District apartment complex for a noise complaint after the reporting person stated that they had heard a lot of screaming in a nearby apartment. Police checked the area but were unable to locate anyone making any noise.
