Free Industrial Readiness Training | Volunteer State Community College
Vol State has partnered with the Northern Middle Tennessee Workforce Board to provide free Industrial Readiness Training and certifications to individuals that may have barriers to employment as the result of being justice involved.
The program consists of 2 weeks of training designed to prepare one for entry level positions in the manufacturing and warehousingindustries. Successful participants will be connected to employers to continue with on-the-job training opportunities.
The first cohort launches March 9 and the second cohort starts April 13.
